AHK was tasked to drive more customers to the Canon online store, to select a new lens for their camera.
We developed an automated programme of activity triggered by customer preferences and behaviour, targeting their technical ability and preference to capture landscape, portrait or action pictures.
In total, there were 4 emails sent a week apart, combining inspiration, education and a promotion.
